Paul Hampton
CEO
Prior to Evonite, Paul was head of PATRIZIA’s (formerly Rockspring Property Investment Managers) international discretionary fund management business which had close to €10bn AUM. He was also a member of the firm’s senior leadership group, its real estate Investment Committee and its Fund Review Committee.
Leading a team of professionals based in London and Continental Europe, he provided oversight across a number of co-mingled funds, separate accounts and joint ventures. His focus was on markets, strategy formation (including the creation of thematic programmes), equity raising, deployment and overall performance. A significant proportion of his time was devoted to the value-add TransEuropean Fund Series.

Kevin Muscat

Prior to Evonite, Kevin was Head of Transactions at Mileway, a Blackstone portfolio company focused on last-mile logistics. There, he built from scratch and ran its in-house transactions team which led Mileway’s and Blackstone funds’ last-mile purchases and non-core sales across the U.K. and Europe. Between 2008 and 2020, he worked at PATRIZIA (formerly Rockspring Property Investment Managers) where, as a Managing Director, he was responsible for the cross-border, Europe-wide investment transactions team working across all sectors and risk classes, including the TEP Fund Series. Kevin has undertaken transactions of circa €10bn throughout his career.

José Pellicer
Partner, Strategy
Prior to Evonite, José was the Global Head of Investment Strategy at M&G Real Estate, where he chaired the Global Investment Committee and was a member of the Executive Board. Between 2004-2007 and 2011-2017, he worked at Rockspring Property Investment Managers, as Head of Research. He was made Partner in 2015. After the acquisition of Rockspring by PATRIZIA, Jose became Patrizia’s Global Head of Research and a member of PATRIZIA’s Senior Leadership Group. José has also worked for Goldman Sachs, AEW Europe and Deutsche Bank.
José speaks fluent Spanish, French, and English.

Charles-Nicolas Tarrière

Prior to Evonite, Charles was Fund Director of the TEP Series at PATRIZIA (previously Rockspring Property Investment Managers). He managed almost €3.5bn of real estate in Europe and the U.K. and handled all aspects of these value-add funds, including a number of side-car co-investments, from fund raising to developing and executing the investment strategy.

Chris Warren
Partner, Finance and Operations
Prior to Evonite, Chris spent over two years at Realty Income as Head of Finance (Europe) where he built from inception the international corporate finance team overseeing AUM growth from $3bn to $11bn. Between 2004- 2008 and 2010-2021, Chris was at PATRIZIA (formerly Rockspring Property Investment Managers) where he led the firm’s London-based fund accounting and regulatory teams, co-launched multiple funds and joint ventures, and oversaw all corporate transactions. In between, he worked for Fidelity Investments as Finance Manager, assisting in the launch and implementation of their direct Real Estate business.
