Paul Hampton
CEO
Paul is a highly experienced pan-European real estate investor with over 30 years of expertise across sectors, strategies and market cycles. He is widely recognised for his strength in core+/value-add investing, complex structuring and strategic capital deployment, and has built long-standing investor relationships globally over more than two decades.
Prior to Evonite, Paul was Head of International Fund Management at PATRIZIA (formerly Rockspring), where he was a member of the Senior Leadership Group, Real Estate Investment Committee, and Fund Review Committee. He led teams across London and Continental Europe, overseeing co-mingled funds, separate accounts, side-cars, and joint ventures across the risk spectrum, managing portfolios approaching €10bn with a particular focus on a closed ended value-add Fund Series. He also played a key role in the growth of the Rockspring investment management business following its management buyout in 2005.
Paul has deep experience in investment strategy, thematic programme development, equity raising, deployment, and portfolio performance management at scale.

Kevin Muscat
Partner, Investments
Kevin is a highly accomplished real estate transactions specialist with extensive experience executing complex acquisitions, disposals, and structured investments across Europe. He is recognised for his deep transactional expertise, broad cross-sector experience, and ability to structure deals ranging from core income investments to complex development and forward- funding arrangements in tri-party agreements.
Prior to Evonite, Kevin was Head of Transactions at Mileway, a Blackstone portfolio company focused on last-mile logistics, where he built the firm’s in-house transactions team from inception. He led acquisition and disposal activity across the UK and Europe, overseeing Mileway’s and Blackstone funds’ last-mile logistics investments and non-core sales.
Before that, Kevin spent more than a decade at Rockspring Property Investment Managers (now PATRIZIA) as Managing Director, where he led the cross-border European investment transactions team. He was responsible for transaction origination and execution across all sectors and risk classes, including the TEP Fund Series.
Over the course of his career, Kevin has executed approximately €10bn of transactions and has built an extensive network of relationships across the European real estate market. He is also highly regarded for his leadership style, with a strong track record of building collaborative, high-performing teams within global real estate organisations.
Kevin has a genuine love and interest in Europe: history, culture, food, etc. It’s not just a day job for him.

José Pellicer
Partner, Strategy
José is a highly regarded global real estate strategist with deep expertise in portfolio construction, risk analysis and economics. He is known for his ability to connect macroeconomic, political, and historical trends to real estate strategy, and is widely recognised by investors as one of the industry’s leading voices.
Prior to Evonite, José was Global Head of Investment Strategy at M&G Real Estate, where he chaired the Global Investment Committee and served on the Executive Board.
Before that, he spent two separate periods at Rockspring Property Investment Managers (2004–2007 and 2011–2017), where he was Head of Research and was made Partner in 2015. Following Rockspring’s acquisition by PATRIZIA, he became Global Head of Research and joined the Senior Leadership Group.
Earlier in his career, José held roles at Goldman Sachs, AEW Europe, and Deutsche Bank.
Jose is highly competent in leading investment committees, strategy sessions, offsites, as well as chairing conferences - a rare skill in our industry. During his career he has also become an well known public speaker, moderator and panellist at a significant number of leading industry conferences.
José is fluent in Spanish and French.

Charles-Nicolas Tarrière
Partner, Portfolio Management
Charles is an experienced pan-European real estate portfolio manager with deep expertise in value-add fund management, portfolio construction, and cross-border asset management. He has extensive experience managing complex real estate portfolios across multiple European markets and sectors, with a strong track record in investor relations, fund execution, and hands-on asset management.
Prior to Evonite, Charles was Fund Director of the TEP Series at PATRIZIA (formerly Rockspring Property Investment Managers), where he managed almost €3.5bn of real estate across the UK and Europe. He oversaw all aspects of the value-add fund platform, including multiple side-car co-investments, with responsibility spanning fundraising, investment strategy, portfolio management, and execution. During his tenure, Charles oversaw five closed-ended funds and played a direct role in raising approximately €2.5bn of capital. He managed portfolios across 12 European countries and all major real estate sectors, with experience covering direct asset management, speculative development, leasing, and capital expenditure programmes.
Having worked across France, Germany, the UK, and Central Europe, Charles brings extensive cross-border market knowledge and a broad professional network. He is highly experienced in leading international teams and fostering collaborative, high-performing working environments across diverse cultures.
Charles is fluent in French and German.

Chris Warren
Partner, Finance and Operations
Chris is a senior real estate finance executive with extensive experience in scaling international finance platforms, leading fund accounting and regulatory functions, and structuring complex investment vehicles across Europe.
Prior to Evonite, Chris was Head of Finance (Europe) at Realty Income, where he built the international corporate finance function from inception and supported growth in assets under management from $3bn to $11bn.
Earlier in his career, Chris spent more than a decade at PATRIZIA (formerly Rockspring Property Investment Managers) across two periods (2004–2008 and 2010–2021). In his final role, he led the London-based fund accounting and regulatory teams, co-launched multiple funds and joint ventures, and oversaw all corporate transactions. He played a key role in designing and operating complex investment structures across Europe and delivering global investor reporting.
Between his time at PATRIZIA, Chris worked at Fidelity Investments as Finance Manager, supporting the launch of their direct real estate platform.
